Update to prospectus of Artemis Funds (Lux) including investment policy of Artemis Funds (Lux) – Global Select

Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector (“SFDR”) imposes various new obligations for fund disclosures in relation to sustainability so we have therefore updated the prospectus and the investment policy of Artemis Funds (Lux) –Global Select. 

What has changed?

While there have been updates made to the prospectus and the investment policy of the sub-fund as a result, we have not made any changes to the way in which the sub-fund is managed. You can see the updated prospectus in the link below.

We have provided additional information about the Global Select fund manager’s strategy including information about environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors and sustainability considerations. 

Why is Artemis making these changes?

We always aim to communicate clearly with you. An important part of that is describing how we manage your investment as transparently as we can. The changes to the sub-fund are intended to provide more information about how the sub-fund is managed especially with regard to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors and sustainability considerations.

When will the changes take place?

The changes came into effect on 16 March 2021.

How will you be impacted by these changes?

As explained above, there should be no impact on you as a result of the updates.
